About BNC

Balochistan National Congress (BNC) is the new emerging voice of all Balochs, especially the ordinary middle class Baloch men and women, both inside and outside Balochistan, to inspire, lead and empower them and prepare them for the future challenges. The Balochistan National Congress (BNC) was formed with the following aims and objectives;  


  1. To unite all Baloch people worldwide around a single platform to struggle against the illegal occupation of Balochistan, the homeland of 15 millions Baloch people worldwide, that is illegally occupied and divided by Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan, and to work with the international community to re-gain the Baloch people’s sovereignty over their motherland, it’s coasts and natural resources.
  2. Pursue these aims and objectives exclusively through non-violent and peaceful means of struggle in accordance with the UN charters and International laws.
  3. To promote and preserve the Baloch secular identity, Balochi language, culture and traditions.
  4. To expose the human right violations in Balochistan and the exploitation of Baloch resources by Pakistan, Iran and China.
  5. Work with the world leaders, United Nation, UN bodies, the U.S Government and U.S lawmakers and the influential think tanks to educate, effectively communicate and articulate the Balochistan's case for freedom and justice and to promote global peace, freedom and justice for all.
  6. To promote friendship and cooperation among all the nations of the world through organized events, dialogue, meetings and conferences.
  7. Denounce terrorism, violence and extremism in all of its forms and shapes.




                       BYLAWS AND RULES


ARTICLE 1:  NAME 
The name of the organization is the Balochistan National Congress, hereafter referred to as the BNC.

ARTICLE 2:  Aims and OBJECTIVE   
The BNC is a non-profit organization with the following objectives:

  1. To unite all Baloch people worldwide around a single platform to struggle against the illegal occupation of Balochistan, the homeland of 15 millions Baloch people worldwide, that is illegally occupied and divided by Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan, and to work with the international community to re-gain the Baloch people’s sovereignty over their motherland, it’s coasts and natural resources.

ARTICLE 3:  MEMBERSHIP
Membership is available to all Baloch and those who supports the aims and objectives and the vision of BNC.

ARTICLE 4:  INTERNAL STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION
1.  The Executive Committee or Central Committee: The Executive Committee or the Central Committee, is the highest body of BNC and it consists of Presidents of all BNC Chapters. The Executive Committee will elect the BNC's Central leadership (the President, Vice President, Secretary General, Treasurer and Press Secretary) at its annual meeting for a term period of ONE year.

Chapter President: The chapter President will be elected by the chapter members at their annual meeting for a term period of ONE year.

Chapter vice president:  Will be in charge in the absence of the Chapter President.

Chapter Secretary General: Will prepare the Chapter's annual general body meeting agenda and co-ordinate with the Chapter's President on Organization’s activities and events.
5. 
Chapter Press Secretary: will be responsible for media coverage and press releases.
6. 
Chapter Treasurer: Will be in charge of BNC Chapter's funds and assets. Every chapter is free to raise funds on their own to finance their chapter's activities using the BNC guidelines approved by "The Executive or Central Committee".
